We work with a drop-ship printing service, Pigeon Printhouse, which is a small family-owned business based in California. Pigeon Printhouse will typically produce and ship your orders within 2 to 4 business days, and in some circumstances 5-7 business days. Shipping is currently only offered within the United States. Prints that are 12″x12″/11″x14″ and smaller are inserted into acid-free, sealed art bags, and are shipped flat, in recycled, Kraft, rigid stay-flat mailers. Larger prints are rolled and protected with glassine paper. It is then inserted into a protective sleeve, which is then inserted into a heavy-duty mailing tube.
Lost or damaged prints: We are happy to replace lost or damaged orders. In order to replace lost packages, the tracking info provided by the courier must show proof that the order was not delivered. To replace prints that are damaged in-transit, the customer must provide photographs showing proof that their prints were damaged. Once we are able to confirm that a package was lost or damaged, we will send replacements within 4-business days at no cost to you.
A note on signed prints: I do not sign prints because they are shipped directly to you from the print house. This is an eco-friendly choice that enables less packaging and traveling time that would be necessary to get the product to its final destination.
The original artwork is intended for personal display purposes only and should not be reproduced, resold, or used for any commercial purposes without obtaining proper authorization.
